What’s included when I hire the studio?

All base bookings include access to our acoustically treated space, podcast microphones, in-house technician, free on-site parking, and tea and coffee. For video content or video podcasts, the hire includes camera, lighting, and sound equipment.

Can I hire the studio without using your production team?

Yes! If you’re confident with the gear, you’re welcome to use the studio independently. We’ll provide a quick orientation at the start of your session. An in-house technician will be on-site to provide assistance if needed.

Do you provide editing services?
Yes. We offer both audio and video editing—from basic cleanup to fully polished episodes with graphics, music, captions, and social-ready cuts.
How long does it take to receive my final files?
It depends on your editing needs. Most projects are delivered within 3–5 business days; however, we’ll confirm the exact timeframe when quoting your project.
Do I need to bring an SD card or storage device?
If you are editing the project yourself, then YES, please bring a hard drive to receive your files at the end of your session.
Do you sell podcast or video equipment?

No. We don’t sell podcast and video gear—we focus on creating a space where you can show up and record without needing to own equipment.

Can I bring a guest or co-host?
Absolutely. Our studio comfortably fits up to two people on camera or mic. We can also facilitate remote interviews if your guest is off-site.
Can I record multiple podcast episodes in one session?
Yes! Many clients batch-record to maximise their time in the studio. We’ll help you plan an efficient schedule for your shoot.
Can you help with podcast or content strategy?
Yes. We offer full production service where our Producer will work with you to map out your content plan, refine your message, and develop a video or podcast format that suits your goals.

Do you provide a camera operator for video podcast & content production?

Yes, hire includes an experienced director/videographer.

Do you have an autocue?
Yes, we have an iPad-sized autocue. Please send your script as a Word document prior to the filming day so it's ready for you. We can also adjust the script on the spot if needed.
Can you combine B-roll from other productions?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide us with B-roll footage you’d like included in the edit.
Do you have a green screen?
Yes, we have a portable green screen and blue screen suitable for one person.
Can you do headshot photography in the studio?
Yes! We offer professional headshot sessions in our studio—perfect for business profiles, personal branding, or speaker bios.
Do you hire out your camera equipment for on-location filming?
No, but you can hire our production team to film on location. This includes camera, sound, and lighting equipment—with an experienced crew.

Payment & Booking


What are your studio hire terms?

To secure your session:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your session date.
What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work:

  • More than 7 days out: You can cancel or reschedule at no cost, and your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • Within 7 days: Your deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra charge.
  • Within 48 hours: The full fee is payable, as your booking time has been exclusively reserved for you.

If you need to change your session, please get in touch—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What are your payment methods?

We accept credit card payments via PayPal and direct bank transfer. Payment details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
